How Analyze was Used
“CT scans were acquired for 6 min and analyzed using Analyze 14.0 software (AnalyzeDirect). Fat was isolated for analysis by density threshold. Separation of visceral (VAT) and subcutaneous (SAT) adipose tissue was done by sequential manual tracing of coronal slices in 2D, every 7 slices for the length of the region of interest.”
