“The images were segmented using AnalyzePro 1.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, USA) and arteries smaller than 0.1 mm were removed. The vessel structure was enclosed by a cuboid of 36.5 x 13.1 x 22.2 mm³.”
