How Analyze was Used
“The Analyze software ROI tool (v. 8.0 … via AnalyzeDirect, Lenexa, KS) was used to measure the volume (in mm3) of the left and right hippocampus and amygdala in each of the sham-operated and lesioned animals. Anatomical boundaries for each structure on MR images are described in the Supplementary Materials section online.”
