How Analyze was Used
“3D reconstruction was performed using 512 images processed by the volume rendering method, and brain volume was measured using Analyze 11.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Inc., Overland Park, KS, USA). Ventricular dilatation, cerebral cortex atrophy, and hippocampal atrophy in the hippocampal images were monitored to assess changes in the brain ventricles.”
