How Analyze was Used
“In the experiment of 3-month-old mice, CosmoScan GX (Rigaku, Tokyo, Japan) was used as a microCT with a pixel size of 9 μm for trabecular bones or 15 μm for cortical bones, and the images were reconstructed using Analyze 12.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Inc., KS, USA). Trabecular bone analysis was performed at a region 0.8–1.8 mm above the distal growth plate of femur. Cortical bone analysis was performed at the diaphysis of femur 4-5 mm above the distal growth plate.”
