How Analyze was Used
“Radiation-associated lung injury was quantitatively assessed using Analyze 14.0 software (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA). Regions of interest corresponding to the irradiated left lung were analyzed to determine changes in lung structure and tissue density. Image analyses were performed using identical analysis parameters for all animals while blinded to treatment allocation.”
