How Analyze was Used
“The acquired three-dimensional image data set occasionally needed resectioning in order to provide a consistent orientation relative to the brain anatomy across different subjects. This was due to patient movement between the pilot and three-dimensional acquisitions. When needed, these small angular rotations were performed by the Analyze software package.”
