How Analyze was Used
“We created a small representative training set of 10 randomly selected MRI scans that were expertly manually-segmented for the putamen according to a validated protocol (Looi et al., 2008a, Looi et al., 2009a) using ANALYZE 10.0b running on a MacBook Pro.”
