How Analyze was Used
“Infarct volumes were measured using computer-assisted volumetric software (Analyze software 6.1…). A pen-trace method was used to outline the region of interest (i.e., area of acute stroke) on each axial image and the total volume was reported in mL. In cases of multifocal infarction, the sum of the individual volumes was used.”
