How Analyze was Used
“In the present study, SISCOM was performed with Analyze software, version 10.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA). An automatic algorithm based on voxel similarity, quantified by the mutual information metric, was used in order to register SPECT–MRI and MRI–MRI pairs. The specialist could manually adjust the image size, orientation, and position to achieve more precise registration.”
