How Analyze was Used
“Tumour volume was measured by micro-CT analysis. Mice were anaesthetised by inhalation of isoflurane and scanned using the Quantum GX2 micro-CT imaging system (Perkin Elmer). Serial lung images were reconstructed and tumour volumes analysed using Analyse (AnalyzeDirect) as previously described.”
