How Analyze was Used
“In addition, using Analyze 14·0 software (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA), the MRI index values (the product of the mean signal intensity of the NP and the NP area) were measured to quantify the radiance of the NP tissue. We evaluated the relative MRI index, which is the ratio of the MRI index in the Intact control group, in all three treatment groups.”
