How Analyze was Used
“Postoperative CT was coregistered to the preoperative MRI of the same patient using normalized mutual information for a registration algorithm included in a commercial image analysis software package (ANALYZE version 12.0, Biomedical Imaging Resource, Mayo Foundation). All contact coordinates were obtained from registered postoperative CT scans using ANALYZE software and embedded in the reconstructed 3D model of the cortex.”
