How Analyze was Used
“Using ITK-SNAP [Yushkevich et al. 2006], pulmonary arteries >300 μm in lumen diameter were segmented in 3D. Analyze 10.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS) was used to remove the segmented arteries from the image data to prevent erroneous skeletonizations. The resulting image containing vessels <300 μm in lumen diameter was thresholded and skeletonized using Analyze.”
