How Analyze was Used
“Image rendering, tissue segmentation, and analysis were performed using [Analyze 12.0, AnalyzeDirect]. Transverse images were taken at the same abdominal point on each animal. Instances where the field of view was too small to adequately measure subcutaneous fat, resulting in a Hounsfield unit standard deviation above 70, were excluded from the study due to an unreliable threshold analysis.”
