How Analyze was Used
“Right hind paws were scanned using a micro CT system (Perkin Elmer Quatum FX, Waltham, MA, USA) and 3D images were reconstructed by the PerkinElmer Analyze software built into the micro-CT system. The scan parameters were set at 90 kV and 100 μA, with 20 Fields of Vision (FOV).”
