How Analyze was Used
“Three-dimensional reconstruction was performed using Analyze 14.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, United States). Bone mineral density (BMD) was assessed at the site of the defect. The volume with BMD values greater than 400 within the bone defect area was identified as areas of new bone-like tissue formation and the presence of biodegradable scaffolds. Subsequently, the bone defect region was assessed by determining its BMD values. Furthermore, within this area, volumes exhibiting BMD values exceeding 400 were also evaluated.”
