How Analyze was Used
“The FLAIR and GRE images were processed using in-house software (‘MCMxxxVI’ [Hernandez et al. 2010]) to extract WMH in the brain parenchyma; these were manually refined and, separately, old stroke lesions or index stroke lesions were manually outlined using Analyze 11.0 (AnalyzeDirect, [Lenexa], KS, USA).”
