How Analyze was Used
“Hippocampal and amygdala volumes were traced manually using the software Analyze 5. All brains were adjusted before measurement. The right and left hippocampi were manually traced on sagittal MRI slices, starting on a midsagittal slice throughout the hippocampus.”
