How Analyze was Used
“The perfusion map was exported to Analyze 14 (AnalyzeDirect, Inc., KS, USA) and co-registered to the follow-up diffusion-weighted images (DWI). Artifacts found on the Tmax map were manually removed. Only lesions with high signal intensity on the DWI and an apparent diffusion coefficient less than 600 μm2/s within the region of Tmax ≥ 6 s were counted as the final infarction. Infarct proportion was quantitated by a research technician with supervision by a vascular neurologist.”
