How Analyze was Used
“Quantitative analyses were conducted using Analyze 14.0, which calculated the enamel surface area, volume, and density based on the same segmentation threshold used in OsiriX®. A set of phantoms calibrated in mg of hydroxyapatite per cm3 was used to convert CT intensity in Hounsfield unit.”
