How Analyze was Used
“Micro-CT images were displayed as three-dimensional volume presentations of the medullary microvasculature. Using Analyze, cross-sectional slabs of medullary regions were selected below the level of the arcuate arteries that were observed in several planes. Mean diameter, tortuosity, as well as microvascular density (100μm) were calculated.”
