How Analyze was Used
“All µCT scans (in vivo and ex vivo) were uploaded as DICOM format files into Analyze 14.0 software (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA) and calibrated for density using a hydroxyapatite (HA) phantom as a reference…After scanning the dissected ribs, the three-dimensional (3D) reconstructed images were created, and the regenerated bone volume (BV) and bone mineral density (BMD) were measured using Analyze software (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA).”
