“The high-resolution models of pelvis and femur were aligned with the orientation of the pelvis and femur in the FADIR posture from the MROpen scans using surface registration (Analyze 12, AnalyzeDirect)…We semi-automatically segmented the spherical part of each acetabulum and femoral head using Analyze (Analyze 12, AnalyzeDirect).”
