How Analyze was Used
“In a total of 29 segments (N=16 NA; N=13 Tx), we defined low intensity areas with diameters between 50-300 micrometer as adventitial VV, which were traced manually in all slices, as were the lumen-intima and media-adventitia boundaries. 3D images were reconstructed using the ANALYZE software 11.0.”
