How Analyze was Used
“Scanning was followed by image segmentation using the Analyze software 12.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA). Semi-automatic and manual tools, such as object extraction, region growing, and objector separator in the Volume Editor tool were used for the segmentation analysis. Subsequently, volume measurements were calculated using the ROI tool.”
