How Analyze was Used
“The gray value, representing the intervertebral disc’s water content, was derived from the MRI index and measured using Analyze 14.0 software (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA). All images were measured by three independent observers unaware of the sample, and the average of their assessments was recorded.”
