“The data were segmented using the commercial image processing software ‘Analyze AVW 3.0’ (AnalyzeDirect, Inc., Lenexa, Kansas 66215; https://analyzedirect.com). The feature mainly used for segmentation of the present data was grey-value thresholding.”
