How Analyze was Used
“The μCT data was then converted to DICOM format. The GP cartilage was segmented from bone and surrounding soft tissues in a semi-automated process in order to obtain cartilage thickness, lesion dimensions, and lesion volume (Analyze™, AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS). Select images were converted to color maps to enhance visualization of the GP cartilage.”
