How Analyze was Used
“Data processing was carried out using a personal computer running AnalyzeTM program…[Robb and Barillot 1989, Robb et al. 1989, Robb and Hanson 1991, Robb 1999]. The data were reformatted and the voxel size was set between 0.4 and 0.6 mm for these scans. A thresholding technique with fixed ranges of CT intensities was applied to display the osseous tissues.”
