“MR images for 13 patients were labeled by a trained reader and supervised by a musculoskeletal radiologist (YM). Manual labeling was performed with the use of the ROI tool contained in the Analyze 3D visualization software package (AnalyzeDirect, Lenexa, KS, USA).”
