How Analyze was Used
“The intracranial volume (ie, contents within the inner skull table including brain tissue, CSF, veins, and dura), with an inferior limit on the axial section just superior to the tip of the odontoid peg at the foramen magnum, was extracted semiautomatically by using the T2*-weighted sequence, with the Object Extraction Tool in Analyze (AnalyzeDirect…) followed by manually editing.”
