How Analyze was Used
“MRI was obtained using a Siemens Symphony 1.5-T unit. Fluid-attenuated inversion recovery-weighted (repetition time/echo time=6000/105) images (5-mm thickness with a 2-mm gap) were obtained for each participant and used to quantify WMHs via a semi-automated threshold technique in ANALYZE.”
