How Analyze was Used
“Morphometry was performed on computer workstations (Sun Ultra 10 …) using a standard software program (ANALYZE 7.5 …). All brain regions were manually traced on Sun Ultra 10 workstations using ANALYZE 7.5 software while researchers were masked to participant characteristics and hemisphere (images were randomly flipped in the transverse plane).”
