How Analyze was Used
“Scanning was performed on a Philips 1.5T Achieva whole body system with a 3D FFE sequence (TE/TR/FLIP: 15/3.6 msec/30°) with 140 slices and a resolution of 1 × 1 × 1 mm3 . Data were converted to the analyze-format and manual volumetry was performed with Analyze 7.0.”
