How Analyze was Used
“Analyze 5.2.3 software … was used… An attenuation value of –980 HU, corresponding to 5% of the pixels of CT-scan analysis performed in the four patients with normal lung function, was chosen as a threshold to identify severely emphysematous parenchyma.”
