How Analyze was Used
“Images were coregistered to each other, one image was subtracted from the other to produce a difference SPECT image, and the difference image was coregistered to MRI. This process was performed with commercial image analysis software (ANALYZE 8.0…) [O’Brien et al. 1998].”
