“In order to ensure that the fiducial points were consistently placed, all images were first re orientated to stereotactic space (ie the anterior–posterior axis was parallel to the anterior commissure–posterior commissure line and the interhemispheric fissure was aligned on the other two axes) using Analyze version 7.0.”
