How Analyze was Used
“Using Analyze 7.0 …, circular regions of interest (ROIs), all of identical size (16 mm diameter), were drawn contiguous to each other over the cortical ribbon and insula, as well as over the basal ganglia and white matter areas on the coregistered axial T2 image; the set of ROIs was then copied by symmetry over the affected hemisphere.”
