“To estimate the total cerebellum volume of each subject there were two important stages to perform, MRI data pre-processing and the cerebellum segmentation… For both of them dedicated tools implemented in the Analyze 10 Biomedical Imaging Software (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA) were used.”
