How Analyze was Used
“Images were preprocessed in Analyze format (ANALYZE…) using the following steps: paired images were realigned, normalized to MNI space using the SPM2 SPECT template, smoothed with a 16 mm full width at half maximum Gaussian kernel, and masked to remove extracerebral voxels to prepare the data for analysis in a general linear model.”
