How Analyze was Used
“The kidney samples were scanned at 0.3° increments using a micro-CT scanner and reconstructed at 9-μm resolution for subsequent analysis, as previously described [Chade et al. 2010, Iliescu et al. 2010]. Images were analyzed with the Analyze software package.”
