“Analyze 10.0 (AnalyzeDirect,…Overland Park, Kansas, USA) 3D voxel registration was used to align and normalize the thresholds of all scans to the first scan in a sequence. The region of interest tool was used to obtain mean regional intensities of the cerebral ganglion and optic nerve across sequential scans.”
