“Two weeks after surgery, a head CT was obtained and co-registered to the patient’s preoperative 3 T MRI (Analyze, AnalyzeDirect, Inc., Overland Park, KS). The STN midpoint was visualized and defined as the point midway between the STN rostral and caudal pole.”
