How Analyze was Used
“Once the regions were identified on the coronal STIR and T1 post-contrast sequences, the same regions were manually co-located to the DWI axial, MT coronal, DCE coronal and T2 coronal raw images, (Figure 2) using Analyze® software… These ROIs could then be directly copied on to the calculated MR parameter maps to extract ROI data histograms. These MR parameter histograms showed the data had outliers and skewed distributions and therefore the median value of the ROI was calculated and used as the data value of the specific MR parameter for each ROI drawn.”
