How Analyze was Used
“Subsequently, the 3D architecture of newly formed bone at the surgical sites was accurately reconstructed and evaluated using histomorphometric analysis software (AnalyzeDirect). Additionally, quantitative parameters including percent bone volume (BV/TV, %), bone surface density (BS/TV, 1/mm), and trabecular number (Tb.N, 1/mm) of the newly mineralized tissue were analysed to further assess differences between the 2 groups.”
