“Original DICOM data (digital imaging and communication in medicine) were transferred to a workstation equipped with Analyze 11.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Inc., Lenexa, KS, USA) for generation of 3D VIE images. Postprocessing of CT data was performed with a CT number thresholding technique.”
