How Analyze was Used
“Placental regions of interest (ROIs) were marked using a semi-automated routine in Analyze Direct 11.0 (AnalyzeDirect Inc), initiated from manually planted seed points. ROIs were also drawn for the vena cava (maternal arterial input) and embryonal hearts.”
