How Analyze was Used
“CT datasets were evaluated using ANALYZE 11.0… to visualize mineralization distribution. First, a 3D reconstruction of the cavity was calculated so that a frontal view of the joint surface was achieved. Then, the subchondral bone plate was segmented in each slice and reconstructed in 3D using maximum intensity projection.”
