How Analyze was Used
“The tibial and femoral cartilage and the contact area between them were manually segmented in a slice-by-slice manner using packaged image processing software (Analyze 14.0, AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, USA). Manual segmentation is the gold-standard for articular cartilage segmentation.”
